Chef Rafael Vencio is one of the four inaugural chefs of Smallman Galley's restaurant incubator. Rafael has adapted his French techniques into crafting contemporary American food, with seasonal ingredients as the focal point.
His respect for flavor, and seasonal food is reflected in Aubergine's
